A short update from the agency side of the desk. Luxy Media was named a Clutch Global Award winner for 2024 — a recognition we're proud of, but one we want to contextualize honestly. Awards are vanity on their own. They matter when they reflect something real about the work.
Clutch evaluates agencies using a combination of verified client reviews, documented project outcomes, and industry footprint. Their Global Award recognizes the top performers across a category globally — not regionally — and the methodology leans heavily on the voice of the clients themselves. That's the part that made the recognition land for us.
Every one of our Clutch reviews is left by an operator we've worked with — a founder, a marketing director, an owner. We don't ghostwrite them. We don't coach the language. We ask clients to be candid about what worked and what didn't, and we publish the result.
What the recognition actually says
Three themes come up over and over again in the reviews. If you've ever wondered what it's like to work with us — or, frankly, what clients wish more agencies did — this is a reasonable proxy.
- Communication cadence. Weekly operating reports, proactive flags, and a single point of accountability. No ghosting between monthly check-ins.
- Bilingual fluency. Clients run in EN or FR depending on context. Our decks, reports, and campaigns run in either without a quality drop.
- Outcomes over outputs. We don't report on impressions. We report on pipeline, revenue influenced, and cost to acquire. The delta matters.
Thank you
To every client who left a review: thank you. We read every one, and they shape how we staff, scope, and price the next engagement. The award sits on the wall because of you.
If you're evaluating agencies — ours or anyone else's — the single highest-signal thing you can do is talk to the actual clients. Not the pitch reel. The operators. We'll happily connect you to any of ours.
